Don't trust someone you don't know online. I think this is the way to go about this. Some people are only interested on what help you want to render but they are not mindful of the effect afterwards. Scammers are everywhere, they can clone their device and begin to direct you into different areas through the chat. I have heard of such experience like that and the scammer succeeded to begin amorous chats and showing of nude pictures of "themselves" but it is fake pictures and you won't know until you have been scammed. So to accept such offer of support or help online isn't reasonable.
If we are online talking online with anyone and we do not know them especially when they offer to help us so keep in mind that they are trying to scam us. Some from them have bad intentions in mind and try to take advantage. There are many scammers online who use different tricks to cheat people like they create fake profiles to build trust. Some scammers even tricked people by making good conversations or sharing personal information. And with this personal information they mostly use fake information. Because of this it is good idea to avoid those scammers who want to help online and not in your contact list or you don not know them.
