My client has the funds (vetted wallets), we are just brokering their inquiry. The request is not a scam in any way, the 20K is the total they would like to get in the long term, it is crazy to think someone would have it right away.
The reason they do not want to go to an exchange is KYC, simple.
But we find their asking discount is nowhere to be found, the meeting request in person is to avoid scams precisely, anyway we terminated the request and we suggested the client to go for decentralized exchange that does not require KYC even if the rates are not of their acceptance.

Sorry to say it, but all the newbies that are "searching" for a trade (especially outrageous like yours) are saying the same excuses every time.
If the only reason was the KYC procedure, then why do they need an broker? They can post themselves since they are noobs here like yourself. What will they benefit from using you? None, simple. As for meeting in person, it doesn't mean that you won't get scammed. Maybe you end up worse than scammed...
