Do you want them to go back to their old gender? I think you could even be more aggressive if you are Mr president. The government should make plans for them even though the society does not want trans in sport. Although it's quite annoying seeing two opposite gender on the stage in the name of trans which I see it as an attempt of deceit, allowing the real female fighters to get beaten by their trans opponents.
