I'm very curious to know of all the folks in here that gamble, did your parents gamble when you were growing up and is that the reason that you gamble as well? Or is the very reason that you gamble was because your parents shunned it? I feel like this could go either way. It could also be a neutral stance.

My gambling experience started when living with a friend who gamble alot. I often get excited by he's winning. Then he never broadcast how much he losses before a win but he often let us know when he won. This prompt me to tell him to teach me how it goes. It was after some years I started that I now understand that gambling isn't easy as many loses come before a win.
Yes you are right that gambling can be a long and challenging process at times very few people understand the fact that there is a high chance of losing when gambling. It is very common to lose a lot before winning because gambling is often based on chance and luck. Sometimes players get too excited and think that they will always win but the reality is often different.

Talking back about for parents to become against about gambling then most of the time they will really be that against with it because of that very known common reason. Our parents does have that much more experience than us and since they are that more wary about on things on how it works then it will be that ideal that we should obey on what they would gonna say but since there are times or moments that we are really that curious then you will be finding yourself that trying to test it out for yourself.
Once that curiosity kicks in then it will be that so hard to stop yourself on trying out to play. On the time that you do become that highly impulsive towards gambling and your spending with money because even more often or even more in terms of value then its better that you should avoid and stop it out, because these are the known signs that you are getting addicted into it. If you arent that good on handling yourself about of certain conditions then this thing will be disastrous once it do become big.

Handling yourself on these situations be sideways but ya bounce back easy to adjust self in situations arising across the horizon and you then sublime cuz then you fine and free of addictions & you out there being all responsible and such is that shit.
