Bittrex recently delisted GLC and now users are contacting us unable to withdraw their coins unless they pay a .25 BTC coin recovery fee.

I guess since their volume has fallen to nearly zero, they have to find some way to pay the bills.

If yes, then you and Bittrex did your part. Also, if the users put their coin/token on exchange, they should know the risks.
This is how the british empire was built. Dumb as fuck contracts, idiots believing in them and not understanding the law. you can't just put shit in a contract, not explaina it clearly and then expect that it will stand up in court. Most of the time it will though, as people don't challenge it and believe in this dumb as fuck statement.
