Then use bisq rather than bisq2. These are different p2p networks. Trading on bisq is based on collateral but not on reputation.

I have a question about Bisq 2 as I have never used it before.

Does it have a section where you can view the most trusted buyers and sellers for a particular currency? (i.e. traders for a particular pair.)

Offer book for each  currency lists traders with their reputation score marked by the stars.Traders with the highest scores have 5 green stars. Placing the pointer on the given profile you may learn about the exact number of his scores. Below is the picture which says that stayorigin profile has 74 000  score points  and the ranking of 4.

You may even go further and see in what way the ranking of the given profile was achieved. To do this you should go User options then click Reputation and then click Show details

As you may see "Hey" got his reputation score  via burning 300  + 1445 his BSQ tokens in different times (100 points per BSQ burned ).

Is it similar to Bitcointalk's trust system with positive, neutral and negative trust? That would be quite familiar even for people who have never used such a system before.

Nope, the two are quite different. Bitcointalk's trust system is largely based on subjective views while Bisq2 adopts a more objective approach, where traders pay their own money to earn their reputation scores. This system ensures that no one would risk scamming others for just a few hundred bucks, especially when their reputation, which can be worth thousands, is at stake.
