Welcome to bitcointalk!
I thought this was a new casino, but with 132 000 registered members, this isn't the case. Anyone here already member of this casino? Any thoughts/reviews?

Couple of questions that pop into my mind:
- What is your house edge?
- What is the minimum amount to withdraw ?
- Do you have a license?

The rtp of the in-house games are, for all intents and purposes, completely fictional. Through a lengthy back and forth after i became suspicious, the most i could get out of them was a certificate for their prng for the in-house games, which has no bearing on the actual rtp. I'd be happy to answer questions in relation to what they responded with on various questions i asked, but i will hold off on going into detail now, more so to save myself time. I've hopes that maybe a community such as this will pressure them into following through with getting the games tested by a 3rd party, which in their own words have told me they currently are not. They are only tested by themselves, and lets be honest here, we are hardly supposed to be expected to go by what they say in regards to their own game's fairness when they have a profit motive. It is just a shame because it was my favourite casino from the point of registering and remained so for around 4 days, until enough time and bets were placed for things to start appearing "off". The fact they proudly display the rtp as a financially motivated clickbaity factor is rather concerning, as if they cannot verify something as simple as the rtp of games they designed themselves, or give any insight into how theyve tested it themselves, then what else are they doing that hasnt been noticed yet.

The support was, for the most part, helpful, though some responses could have done without the sarcasm. Being told "everything is working just fine on our side Smiley" multiple times in response to lengthy messages I've sent, or "gamble responsibly Smiley" when im raising valid arguments after I've lost not an insignificant amount of money across a dozen consecutive sessions on a blackjack game touted as being 99.28%, is missing the point entirely, and certainly extends further than me just laying into a support person because I've had a bad day. I've always spoken with respect, the conversation never turned sour, thanks only to AI, I'll admit. I waited a day for further documentation that they were requesting from a team just to be sent the same prng document as i had the day prior, which wasn't ideal, but likely unfair to blame the support person for that, there could well have been miscommunication between the team and support. Overall the situation and lack of information that was helpful was annoying enough that i wanted to address it here.

Furthermore i was told i could test the games myself over a large number of games and verify it myself - partial quote: "For now, the RTP is based on our internal testing. You can also verify it yourself by placing a large number of bets — for example, around a million bets with the minimum amount of 0.00000001. Over such a long run, you'll see that the RTP is accurate." Needless to say, how dare they even suggest such a thing, i already felt like i was being robbed, so how is this in any way an appropriate suggestion to make?

Unfortunately the site no longer tops my charts, but i am still waiting and hoping ill be presented with documentation from a 3rd party to verify the rtp so i can remove the doubt from my mind. The last correspondence i had with them states that they are in the process of getting the games tested, so, im not sure how long that takes, but considering they have like 10-15 in-house games, surely it cannot be too long. Quote - "Thank you for your continued engagement and for sharing your concerns regarding the RTP verification of our proprietary games. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our processes and reinforce our commitment to fairness and transparency. Regarding RTP Certification: We are currently in the process of updating our certification, as we mentioned before. This process is underway, but as it involves rigorous analysis and compliance checks, it may take some time to complete, and we cannot provide the set timeframes for it.

While we cannot provide an exact completion date at this moment, we anticipate receiving the updated certification in the near future and will make it publicly accessible once available.
Our current RTP figures are based on internal long-term simulations, designed to reflect expected return rates over extended gameplay. However, we understand that independent verification carries greater weight and credibility, which is why we are taking steps.

We appreciate your patience and your commitment to fair gaming practices. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we want to assure you that we take these concerns seriously. Should you have any further questions or require additional clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out."

Now im waiting to be told by one of you that this is more common than not, the in-house testing for in-house games (or any games, for that matter), and i shall be quite the upset fellow if that is so. It just makes me wonder about all the sites that list the rtp, especially high ones - 98%+, but i do not have the time nor patience to start asking multiple sites as this interaction alone took something like 4 days just to receive that final message, and with many messages being exchanged since the beginning of the conversation.
