To avoid stress when gambling , it has to be simple: first, don't Gamble at the casino when you're in a bad mood or having a bad time, gamble when you're not Sleepy , don't gamble to make a profit because you're in need of money, and only gamble the money you're willing to lose It's that simple , and once you lose the money you're willing to lose, don't gamble anymore.

Exactly, I agree with your simple statement, there is no other way to avoid stress when gambling other than avoiding various things that can trigger stress as you said for example do not gamble when you are having personal problems or anything that can make it easier for you to get emotional but in most cases I often see gamblers who are stressed due to experiencing defeat and clearly it is their own fault because putting hope in winning or making gambling a place to earn income is always the wrong goal, in my opinion a gambler should not experience stress if they understand or know about what can cause stress.

I would even put it this way: don’t play when you're already stressed, it will only add more stress. You should play when you're truly not afraid of losing. I’ve noticed the following about myself: when I play with an amount that requires strict wagering conditions, I get nervous and stressed much less. After all, I can’t even use that amount anyway. So, I’m not too far from losing it. But if I win, the joy is much greater.
