I suppose the user have accessed you by writing down your forum user and telegram did guess usernames that are closely related to your forum user from which, this user have guessed which is yours. It’s really painstakingly when you want to stay official and users such as in the uploaded chats on OP becomes a menace.

The user would have thought about this for days and clever enough to avoid revealing a user ID. Even dared to instruct you on how to manage your thread! It doesn’t show any form of appreciation for the likes of you OP that still leaves out this sort of opportunity for users on the forum.
