I don’t know what is going on with Liverpool, they seem not to appreciate their players. Van Dijk would have been a very smart addition to Real Madrid if not for his age. When you consider his age there is reason for Real Madrid not to consider signing him. Real Madrid have a policy with aged players, I doubt if this transfer will happen but we will see how things unfold in the summer window.
The same problem always occurs because in the end this situation has always been repeated from the previous few seasons where sometimes the issue of player salaries always does not get an agreement that makes Liverpool's situation always the same when they lose their star players.
TAA and van Dijk seem to have officially left just waiting for Salah whether he will also leave or extend his contract with Liverpool.
This is clearly a very good thing for Madrid if in the end van Dijk joins Madrid because there will be a Liverpool duo at center back and fullback which of course this is a good addition for Madrid in strengthening the defense especially now that they always have problems here because of the injuries of the players who make their performance not too developed in defense.
Interestingly, Madrid's strategy to bring in Grade players for free always works if TAA and van Dijk are really in Madrid next season which makes 2 seasons (this season and next season) they have brought in 3 players Mbappe, TAA and van Dijk for free.
