Are the issues still there? It means that the other users have faced the same issue. It is normal that users will lose the patience and keep placing bets with their funds if the withdrawal request continuously get rejected for a long time. It would have been better there if the withdrawal was in the pending mode instead of getting rejected. I hope your team will take a proper action to satisfy the affected users.
We’re already in touch with our payments provider to get this sorted. It’s not affecting all transactions, but we totally understand how frustrating it can be.
