Wanted to learn what is their withdrawal policy - support said its 2h, but my 1st withdrawal took over 12h, 2nd withdrawal over 2 days. Not sure whats causing delays on their end

The withdrawals depends on bank servers, and sometimes it causes delays, coz there are users who has got withdrawal less than 15min, so you can try withdraw again.
