The account I mentioned has already received two negative tags. So, I think he will not go too far with this account. But I think he was trying to figure out how to earn some merits. He has been on the forum for a while. He could have been ranked as a Hero Member by now if they could contribute to the forum. But he spends their time doing useless bounty hunting.
And that is the problem. He's been here since
at least Jan 2018, possibly even before then. By this point he's had hundreds of accounts, and a lot of them are banned. Its unlikely any of them ever made it past Member rank. What a tremendous waste of time. Maybe he hit it big on one or two bounties in the 2017/2018 ICO era and then refused to evolve. Oh well.
