If they want to compete it means burning money and we know that to catch up requires a more budget the question is are they ready to spend the money? I think if they really want to compete they should take another idea if there are no interesting ideas then it will end up in April fool. Shuffle.com does have some features but some of them are adopted from other casinos, which means when I use the features like Lottery then I will remember other casinos that offer first features like Rol***. Shuffle has a budget of SHFL tokens so they can make something new and as gamblers we will enjoy whatever is better.

Would the Shuffle admins be open to the suggestion of having a public chat-box? I believe that that might help a community of regular users to form and it would be a place where we could talk, and share our wins, AND probably a good place to release our frustrations from our losses as well.
Did anyone have an experience with manual verifcation request on withdrawal at shuffle? Just happened to me and 3 days later support is still not clear about the timeframe they need to check my proof of address.

My account was fully verified before, but I didnt use it since last year and its my 1st withdrawal since I came back to using it. Glad they verified your account, hopefully your withdrawal will be processed soon.
Patience, sers. Although KYC may take longer to be processed than expected, Shuffle is a legitimate service. Plus I'm not posting this because I'm in their signature campaign. I'm saying it because it's a fact.
