Little update regarding my scam accusation:
Two days after I published my scam accusation, the case was finally looked into by the Betkin staff. I was recredited the confiscated funds and was able to submit a new withdrawal request. However, it’s now been nearly three weeks, and I still have not received the funds. Live support is unavailable, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either.
So, the matter is not resolved, and I’m still waiting for my money.. patiently..
Well, this is not nice at all, I usually see waiting three days to get my money from a casinos as waiting for ever, waiting 3 weeks and still counting is really hell and I commend your level of patience, even though I understand that you don't have any choice but to wait.
Really sad to see a new casinos already ripping their customers off for no just cause, I signed up on this casino when they newly got introduced on this forum and I was going to deposit and try some of their games, but after seeing how the campaign manager they hired to run their signature ad campaign messed participants up, I changed my mind about my initial plan, turns out it was a good decision after all.
Hoping you get fund, and hope everyone else avoid this casino.
