It may wortht mentioning that those prizes are not always 12 satoshi, 12 reward points and 12 lottery tickets.
The prizes are always adjusted based on bitcoin price. I remember when they introduced the wheel of fortune, those were 50 satoshi, 50 reward points and 50 lottery tickets.
