For now, Barcelona is indeed superior to Real Madrid but it has not been able to determine Barcelona as the champion because in the remaining 8 matches Barcelona still faces several clubs that I think are not easy for Barcelona to face, one of which is its arch rival, Real Madrid and maybe their meeting could determine the fate between the two, besides that there are still Villareal and Atlethic Bilbao who might make Barcelona lose points so Barcelona should not be too happy for now because their struggle is not over.
If we want to consider superiority currently, I don't think Barcelona is actually superior to Real Madrid currently, the truth is that by results it may want to look like Barcelona is developing superiority but actually I consider at almost equal levels tactically, if you look closely you will find some similarities in their approach especially in their last games while they prepare for the champions league fixture ahead, the Madrid Barcelona fixture doesn't even seem to me like a determinant to who will win the title as much as with their subsequent fixtures after because one of both teams may win in that fixture and may later loose all of the other probably against Atletico and the rest, and may still not win meanwhile the other team may do the opposite and end up with the title so it's basically a matter of chance for both teams.
