Hi,
I think I got banned because I found out that my sister was also using her account on the same network, and it looks like I got banned for having multiple accounts. She also can’t log into her account. It's strange, because some time ago I saw a similar message when logging in, but back then I just did a password reset and everything went back to normal.
Now I don’t even receive any emails when I try to reset the password. I don’t know if they send any message after blocking an account, but I haven’t received anything...
Is there any way to lift the ban if it turns out that I’ve actually been banned?

When an account is banned, do the funds disappear, and what happens to them? Does the administrator have access and can just withdraw and transfer everything? Or maybe that’s not possible and everything stays in the wallet?
If it’s the second option and no one but me can withdraw the funds, then maybe it would be worth trying to come to an agreement and somehow split the contents of the wallet?
I’ve got over 1 million FUN tokens there, which is more than $10,000, and I’ll be really pissed off if I can’t recover those funds.
Is there any chance I can get my money back?
