He has told me and showed me he has done it before and the bigger amout will not pass the KYC.
You may need to tell us the complete story, a casino simply can't restrict a user from withdrawing after winning a considerable amount, there must be some underlying reasons even simple KYC can hold the rewards until it's done.
But you said he is been banned from the platform? Did he ever withdrew before this event?
