Just a heads-up — I sent a PM to the Monkey Tilt representative about a week ago. Got a reply saying my case would be clarified as soon as possible... and that was the last I heard from them. 😢
At this point, I’d honestly say it feels like a scam.
The message I have received from MT representative few days ago:
Hey sorry I was getting things sorted with the team.
Your account failed KYC and was closed down. We can refund your account to cover the deposits you made.It was the last message, of course nothing happened. So:
1. Other reason of closing account than they provided before
2. Funds are still not recovered
