Let’s break this down: What do taxes actually do, and what are the pros and cons of living in a country where tax enforcement is weak? Overall, does this benefit the people, or does it ultimately make life harder for them?
Living in a country where tax are not enforced is just like living in a nation that is failing. Taxes are use to pay workers and also helps in development of a nation, so any nation not having one in place and put it in place will not get better in my opinion.
We must not also forget whether out tax money are poured into the development of our country. If not everything would be in vain! In order to increase economical growth the government must sure that our tax money are well spend at the right place! So we must not only need a strict tax law but also some entity who would make sure everything is utilized properly, a government with a well drawn roadmap! I am saying this because, where I live we have a massive tax rates. From imported goods to job holders to businesses etc. Despite that the economy is declining. Because there are corruption in every steps. The wealthy are exploiting loopholes to evade taxes. Where there should be growth there isn't.
