Little update regarding my scam accusation:
Two days after I published my scam accusation, the case was finally looked into by the Betkin staff. I was recredited the confiscated funds and was able to submit a new withdrawal request. However, it’s now been nearly three weeks, and I still have not received the funds. Live support is unavailable, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either.
So, the matter is not resolved, and I’m still waiting for my money.. patiently..
They had various problems before, so one was posted on the report board, and the campaign manager got a red tag. The campaign manager said there that he did nothing wrong and was always trying to do better on his part. He messaged a few people, saying that he should fix various mistakes.
After that passed, the campaign manager came up with a review campaign again, and now this kind of problem is showing up again. He has been waiting for his payment for a long time and is not getting any help from their life support. This is not good for a casino site. They are doing very poorly in terms of customer service. Let's see what happens if they come online; maybe they can solve the problem.
Well past and this current issue is already a big red flag for this casino.
Its better for people not to trust them anymore unless they would fix it. But for sure people will doubt to gamble here especially that they didn't perform well here. To bad for the manager that he's been dragged on this and his reputation has been ruined due past mistake he made and also for handling another campaign from Betkin. Also the current scam accusation they got would provably hurt their reputation. Many people here might not gonna waste their time to take a risk to gamble in their casino.
