So what you're saying is that you're back to square one, and they actually did nothing to solve your issue?
This is indeed very concerning for a casino that seemed to have great potential to succeed and build a solid reputation and trust here.
OP hasn’t been active for a while, but in his last reply, he confirmed your story and that you won the money fair and square. So there’s no reason to delay your withdrawal and it’s going to be hard for them to come up with an excuse to justify that.
I hope they will come back online soon and fix this. Otherwise, you’ll need to quote their last reply in your scam accusation thread and ask DT members to red-tag them.
He's waited for three weeks already if am not mistaken, and depending on how urgent he needs the money, I would say that he wait for atleast one week more or possibly give them the benefit of doubt for another on mouth, that's a total of two months (8 weeks), after this time, if neither the op of this thread came online and helped to resolved this issues, and or non of the casino's representatives came here, then he should consider recreating his scam accusation against this casino and let the DT members handle the issue.
Like you said, this was indeed a very promising casino, one that would have succeeded well regardless of how their beginning was, but it's very unfortunate that they have choosen to not be trusted.
