So it's really a simple situation, our sports provider ( a big one being used by a lot of big casinos that are offering sports betting) has flagged your account as an arbitrage/abuse bettor, or your friend's account. I'll not disclose which sports provider we use, as that effectively will help people arbitrage betting to avoid detecting, but due to their extensive access to multiple databases they can easily spot such cases.
While our procedure is in such cases to simply ban the account and allow withdrawals of only the deposited amounts, I believe you were able to withdraw 2x your deposits.
Seems we've been bombarded with this type of situations, arbitrage bettors, for refference, our sportsbook section is a monthly loss probably since we went live with it and I've recommended to the Duckdice higher-ups to simply remove it as the abuse, being unprofitable, the "my friend has an account" bitcointalk threads + the trustpilot reviews are simply not worth it

There is no such thing as arbitrage betting. My friend is betting on tennis total under games. I asked him to screenshot bet history but he can’t access. You think I’m lying here and just randomly post? Please show the betting history so everyone can see. My friend isn’t cheating and never cheat. Just because he is good you gonna steal money from him?
