Yeah, i understand. There are many regulatory challenges to be both casino and exchange. Although, betfury is already both. However, it looks like it is an exchange in a more discrete way, so regulators aren't looking at it. At least not yet.
Anyway, betfury is a great casino and the only one I have seen to be both casino and exchange
It's just a matter of time before regulation catches up. It's probably based in one of those off shore safe havens like Macau or Seychelles, and has avoided regulation so far.
That would definately explain all the ip blocking for most countries, in order to avoid any legal actions
