As I previously stated, the fact that they don't have a rep here complicate the matter by... significant degree, as it'll be harder to establish communication with them. I'll wait until CG made their ruling before jumping into any action and hunt for their contact, suppose escalating to CG bears no fruit. Until then, I'll wait.
