In the past, Altseason meant a rise in some altcoins, but now there is Bitcoin and a highly competitive market among many altcoins, and even liquidity is no longer flowing primarily to Ethereum. Therefore, I believe that even if Altseason comes, it will be in the form of a general index, but many altcoins will see a slight rise due to the distribution of liquidity among them.
At first, I question you when you say ' some altcoins ' only because I think altseason is for all altcoins but then I realized that not all alts are legit. So yeah, saying ' some ' only is valid. Before alts, there is already BTC and BTC didn't join the altcoins because obviously it is BTC not an altcoin, hehe. BTC also has its own season and when it is down, it is then alts that comes next. It also give way to others which is great to know. A slight rise seems still better than nothing at all. Me, as not a big fan of alts, I'm sorry to say this but it is a good thing for me, in a way that alt supporters can realize that Bitcoin is truly better than them and they might now transfer there.
