We'll it's okay for family to know your in and out but in most cases there should be some level of privacy, I mean there are some things that should be disclose to them while some are to be kept and that's what maturity is all about, but in cases as gambling I would agree to the fact that at least one person from inside should be aware of your gambling activities, so as to advice you when necessary mostly when you're going off track it helps tho. And also telling someone you love about your gambling habits isn't a bad idea as well, likehi said it's left for one to tell what he/she wants to family or loved ones and the ones they prefer not to, that's best known to them.
