A clear observation; trump is trying to make other countries pay the US every month for having to buy or sell with them however the income it generated will make the US government more rich. He's intentions were to make 10% tariffs for every country out there and if that works it's going to mean alot to the US because billions will be following in to the US monthly and since it's just a 10% the countries will have no option than to pay since it's just a chunky funds.

But his secondary intentions is to put china down since the US is now a major consumer of china products. everyone knows he's a personal enemy to china.
