I understand what you're saying because I've also been through that situation and the truth is it's very gratifying when you win, in addition to giving a lot of relief from that small mix of suffering and adrenaline, but you also have to look at the other side which is when you lose, that's where it shows what we're made of, at that moment is where the player must combine resignation and acceptance , which is a wise thing to do because it directly cuts off the flow of money loss.


Gambling is a series of wins and losses, it is important to understand this from the very beginning, when you are just starting out, you should not hope that you will be able to avoid losses, or that there will be so few of them that it will not have a big impact on you. I think that you can avoid stress if you take long breaks between bets so that you have enough time to restore your emotional state between bets, this can be a week or more. For myself, I realized that playing sports also helps very well to switch off and get rid of stress.
