just checked with firefox and brave browser: Now “Email” appears again but when I enter it I still don't receive any Login code.
Have you checked your spam folder? I often find my authentication emails there. 
I still didn't receive any code also not in spam folder
Have tried it serveral times a day in the last days and my account has been working before. To sad because of the free spins waiting for me
