Gcash - wiithin 5 minutes. Fastest i experienced: 2 min or less
Bank - within 15 minutes. Fatest 3-5 mins (once)

BITCOIN: 30-60 Mins

Had a problem once with MAYA worth almost 400USD (in peso) I cancelled the transfer after more than 4 hours i think and rewithdraw, done within 10 mins.
