I don't think it's because they didn't take advantage from Inter results. But they might under pressure, they wanted to take over Inter position immediately, so they lacked concentration during the match. The strategy that no longer worked well, made Napoli have to draw with Bologna. Anyway, as we know, Bologna also showing good performance this season, so it's not entirely Napoli fault when draw. However, for the next matches, they have to focus more on implementing the strategy as their performance at the beginning of the season.
I didn't watch this match but we can check based on match statistics and overall Bologna dominated the match from all lines, actually I can say Napoli was lucky to draw because based on those statistics Bologna should be able to win as you know, Bologna is one of the teams on fire in Serie A with consecutive wins. If we compare Inter Milan and Napoli, of course we agree that Inter Milan is better and deserves to win the title this season, but yeah the season is not over yet and there are still 7 games left meaning anything can happen. By the way, based on the match schedule, Napoli has an easier match compared to Inter Milan and I have no doubts that Napoli can win all the matches.
