I'm still experiencing the same thing nothing changed. I tried accessing their site with a VPN and it worked fine but I didn't login with it. Since I don't know if they allow VPN log in.
I won’t recommend that you use VPN to log into any gambling site, because it could lead to some complications which could put you into some serious trouble.
From what you wrote, I think a change of your internet service provider might be able to solve your issue — In my previous post I asked if you have tried using a different device and internet service provider aside from just accessing the site with VPN, have you also tried these two methods?
