In my opinion, inflated expectations and hopes appear long before the gambler loses money in gambling. Rather, they appear because of a misunderstanding of how the gambling system works. And it seems to me that not all people gamble because of some life failures, because to take additional risks when you are not all good is a way not only to financial loss but also to mental problems. I believe that any stress should be experienced and then think about risky entertainment.

I suppose that stress in gambling can only be avoided when you completely let go of the thought of needing to win a certain amount, which appears as an image in front of your eyes, and take it easier. Perhaps there are people who can focus on the game and enjoy the process, rather than just the expected outcome. But in that case, I think it's only possible in more complicated games, like poker or certain board games. Slots and dice are definitely not suitable for this because the gameplay in them is monotonous.

Just taking the entertainment may avoid any stress to happen it can only happen if you are using allocated amount that you are willing to let go, if you lose then you can stop with enjoyment while if you win you can go out with an additional reason to feel that entertainment, no stress if you are not expecting to win.

It's different when you are playing with fear of losing your money and the desire of winning, better to let that feeling go and if you can't then better not to step your foot inside gambling as its known to have a lots of risk of losing your money.
