If I understand you correctly, you mean you still have money in your account, and when you try accessing the account, you were told that your account has been closed?for what reason actually?
The casino can't or shouldn't just close a user's account without stating properly what the user did wrong or part of the casino's terms and conditions that the user broke to warrant such penalty, most especially when the user still have funds in his or her account.
Anyways, you should pm the casino's rep here on this forum, and also maybe pm their campaign manager, seems to me he's more active than the rep, he will definitely know how to pass your issue to the right persons who will help have it resolved.
