Almost all of crypto crashed 20% in an instance today, liquidating a large number of Long traders, I too lost all of my new and year old Long positions.
Reports claim over $1 billion has been liquidated. My share on that was a small amount. I'm now so used to being liquidated that I laugh at large traders loss than lament on mine own. I've decided to stay away from crypto at least a month before even thinking of whether to buy the dip or not.

We would be experiencing some manipulation in the market and we don't have to panic for too long.
Those that can be rest assured of their holdings even though the worth reduces are those that are investors not traders. Trading has been known to be sophisticated because even your analysis and past market structure can not help you here. This is why we don't have to over leverage because that has been the major problem of many traders in the market, losing profits to loses because they thought the market will move in their own direction. Do not forget that anything can be manipulated since you don't have control of it.
