They're probably not choosing to publish their announcement threads here anymore. Instead of going here and posting it for free, they have it on the websites like coinmarketcap and coingecko. They're not going to the market without any money anymore compared before where mostly it's crowd sourced and people that come from real investors. This time, it's coming from the interested investors that have no idea yet if it's a good idea to invest on them once they're launched in the market. There are no ICOs anymore and that's what they're doing to make their projects attractive to the others.
