I assume you meant "video contest winner" not "video winner contest" - but in either case, the link was from someone entering the contest and posting their video.  The original post clearly states what the prize values are... but no winner (at least that I saw) has been chosen - nor the two runners-up either.

How about you get working on your video and post it rather than just come it to crap on someone else's.  (And for what it's worth, I didn't care for the video submission either - but I appreciate the fact that he made an attempt... and didn't just come in bashing anyone else that made a different one).
