there are some services that receive shipments in Japan and they will sent out to your country.
However these are not cheap or convenient (and I don't know if they accept also item made with metal etc etc...)
generally, I have seen really higher postage fees from Japan and if you add the expense of the service itself, it doesn't really worth, unless you're buying large quantities....

If you are interested, I should go there in a few months (during the summer/ February 2026). In case I can help you to buy some of these and then reshipping from Italy.
