Many people here aren't interested in that $1... keep them for Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and other similar places. If you wish to make a point, focus on series.
But before everything, you need to fix some things... Aside from previous experience, I have been playing poker on BC.Game for the last two nights and "connecting" after tab change is ridiculous. You need to fix that ASAP. Things like this are ridiculous and shouldn't happen if you want to be a serious poker place.
I am not sure they really listen to any of our complaints or suggestions. We can barely get anything from the rep except some promotion half the time. They don't take the time to even acknowledge our concerns most of the time. Complete lack of respect for the forum members.
What i read from the situation is give us your money. That's it.
I agree with you. Who knows whether they hear our suggestions/complaints or not, not much has changed since they started with poker, so the conclusion is clear...
If they are not going to take us seriously, maybe we should just stop playing there.
I haven't played poker in a long time, and after a few forum tournaments, I felt a desire to play a hand or two... And I have some balance on BC. Maybe we should stop playing here, maybe not. In any case, if they don't fix some things, we will definitely stop playing at some point, it will be an immediate and natural decision. Reloading/connecting every time after changing tabs, check/fold doesn't always work, and charging an ante + rake every hand is ridiculous. And I probably forgot some other things...
