Maybe in some aspects there is a similarity between gambling and trading, but overall there is still a big difference between them because gambling is a game while trading is just like a game but cannot really be considered a game but rather a profession while gambling cannot be considered a profession.

This is probably the truth that I know about those two, because in gambling obviously there is no passive while in trading there is passive income if you can just study it correctly.

Why gambling can't be a profession? I knew a few guys who could get money from betting, which was enough for their basic expenses and they did not work at any other job, from the whole crowd there were only two of them, so it is obvious that this occupation is not for everyone, but such people exist. And trading is a job, and it cannot bring passive income, because in order to earn money on trading, you need to be present. And if you consider the profit from a long-term transaction as passive income, then this is a mistake, because you must also control this transaction and take the profit, and this is no longer passive income. Passive income can be considered income that will be generated completely without your presence, without opening and closing transactions.
