What do people think about post created by user Creeper0? It seems he copy other post and ask AI to summarize and rephrase it, but i could be wrong. Here's an example,

Annoying messages or voice messages from strangers on Telegram are always annoying. Especially the incident that happened in your case is very annoying. I am really laughing and also feeling annoyed by the intelligence of that user. Because, such border-crossing incidents are annoying for everyone.
To avoid such unwanted incidents, I customize Telegram's voice messages and message options to allow only people in my contract to message or call, although it has to be unlocked and used with the premium required option. I don't know if this advice is useful for you or not? But I am free from the torture of strangers by doing this.

@fillippone, don't get me wrong, you know I respect you a lot, but perhaps you should just block them and forget them. Unfortunately people keep harassing others on social media.

I have 7 blocked users so far.
I thought we had something unique, but I accept it.

That's annoying. Anyway, some privacy settings that might help in such cases:
- Phone Number: Nobody
- Calls: My Contacts
- Voice Messages: My Contacts (option available only with Telegram Premium)
- Messages: My Contacts or Premium users (option available only with Telegram Premium)
You also did the right thing by changing your Telegram username to ghost them, but if you have these settings, even if they find your handle again somehow, they will probably not be able to text or call you.
