How... exactly someone could wrongly uploaded their ID with their brother's? Not to mention how on earth could someone get ahold of the brother's ID instead of it being kept in the ID owner's own pocket, and why?

Now the chance is extremely low for OP to reverse the decision by submitting a complaint to the mediator. Looks like OP had forgotten his own name when FJ team asked him to complete the KYC verification. As a result, he uploaded his brother's ID

First of all, try to admit your wrongdoing as a problem instead of trying to defend in such way. You didn't even apologize yet for the things which you have done there. Uploading the identity documents of another person is a big problem.
