Do you agree that Lyon's two goals against Man United were Onana's fault? Especially Lyon's first goal?

Why the hell does Onana still continue to be the priority of the main goalkeeper? I kind of doubt he is the main goalkeeper because he often makes absurd blunders. The only one in my opinion he should be thrown into the sea immediately.

Overall Man United's game was not too bad, but Lyon's last goal hurt their supporters a little, but they still hope at Old Trafford.
There is still a chance to qualify.
