Curious to me how the US pool luck is over 67% (2/3rds to 100; over 81T successful shares) yet we've been stuck at a best share of 24T for weeks (less than 25% of the needed difficulty).
I know it's random & largely irrelevant but also somehow a bit deflating to not see any progress on best share. 2 of my 3 solo miners are still sitting with fairly low best shares since the last one dropped as well.
Hoping another small miner can get a block soon, but maybe a solo S19 or something - not another bitaxe this time [just kidding bitaxers]

The most difficult share mined up by the pool has nothing to do with luck calculations or when the next block is about to be found. Best shares by the pool could even be floating in the millions then all of a sudden block is found. All luck means is the average time it should take based on hash rate being deployed vs difficulty.
