Nottingham Forest are getting more and more closer to the finishing line in their long awaited wait to qualify for the Uefa Champions League next season if they do not mess up too much of their upcoming matches until the season ends.
Nottingham Forest are far more consistent than Man City and Chelsea, so i don't think they are under any real pressure of losing a CL spot, even if they drop a few more points, City and Chelsea are likewise going to drop points too. That said, i think positions 1st through to 3rd is already settled, it is up to the other teams to battle it out for 4th and 5th position, and we would see who wants it more.
It's shocking that this is happening this season, Nottingham forest used to be below tenth position almost every football season but now they are the third on the table...if they had won some of their matches that ended as a draw or loss they would have given arsenal a very tough time.. Manchester city are not putting in any effort to climb to the top this season, Chelsea are far better than them but they have had some lapses..like you said the first three positions are settled except if the blues can outdo Nottingham forest which is almost too late at this point
