This isn't the first time I've seen a user with several scam accusation threads, but I wonder why they still choose to play in an online casino that isn't popular or reliable.

That's what made me rather curious and asked him, because I consulted to his post history and seeing the amount of scam accusations he raised, I believe there is a significant chance that he got banned by one provider, and this is the "after effect" of that initial ban.
