I open almost everyday 1 new casino yes. And YES, it's Betby, i missed the "b" writing fast. There is no language barrier as well. It's not possible what you say simply because i use different email,IP,wallet, everything.
They simply rob, because they lose.
They use more than email address, wallet, and IP to cross-reference accounts. That's a detection on a casino level. A provider, though... I believe they'll use way more sophisticated parameter, as well as the combined fingerprints from the casinos who use their service.
Though I can't help but wonder why the need to use different IP, email, wallet, and everything on every casino, that you create new one every day. Mind to help us understand?
Those said, while inquiring you to understand the situation better, I'm also currently attempting to reach the casino, to see if I can get a better understanding from their side.
I just use different ips and emails, because i don't want problems with them, and i understand that they share some info of winners, if not between them, the provider will be the one that will block the user.
