Actually didn't have any problem when playing on Rollbit since I only use one account and don't experience same situation as yours.
And by looking at the situation happened to you it seems you are still under investigation.
So I guess much better to cooperate with them then try to see if you can help to make the investigation became more faster.
One thing I tend to believe is this, accounts gets flagged when their happens to be a prompt on it. If you haven’t gotten any prompt which would result in the flagging of your account, it simply means, you’ve been playing by the rules and use servers that doesn’t log you in a difficult position. Some do these cases can be due to the use of VPN and once these are dictated by the system, you end up having to see reasons why, you would be suspected of having several accounts on a gambling site.
Though I might entertain the possibility of errors and bugs, chance that it’s explicitly done by the Rollbit team is almost zero.
